From Reporting to Automated Alpha

Phase 1: V2 Relaunch & Hyperliquid Mastery (Q2 2025 - Q3 2025)

This phase represents our strategic pivot and the complete rebuild of our core infrastructure. While GMX remains a key partner and a priority for future integration, we made the strategic decision to launch our V2 on Hyperliquid to capitalize on its market-leading volume and provide our users with the richest data from day one.

• V2 Data Pipeline Complete: We have successfully re-architected our entire data pipeline from the ground up, now providing elite, real-time, per-wallet trade analysis for Hyperliquid.

• Automated On-Chain KOL Deployed: Our AI agent will start tweeting on X once we've finished testing the pipeline, acting as a premier on-chain analyst providing full trade lifecycle analysis, significant market event alerts, and professional-grade visualizations.

• $AIGMX Staking Live: Our partnership with Virtuals is in the talks, with $AIGMX staking enabled. We are also continuing to exploring integration with the G.A.M.E. Framework for a deeper integration with the Virtuals ecosystem. (Still waiting for a response from the Virtuals team. I will escalate this issue to their higher-ups.) Update: Virtuals team has announced that they've terminated the Genesis launch model, so staking for Virgen points will change to a different form.

• Hyperliquid Strategic Alliance: Actively solidifying a strategic partnership with the Hyperliquid team to unlock deeper collaboration. (Hyperliquid is fully decentralized and has no partnerships, as confirmed by official sources.)

Phase 2: API-First Foundation & Agent Economy Integration (Q4 2025 - Q1 2026)

This phase marks a strategic shift from a standalone platform to an open and interconnected ecosystem. We are building the foundational infrastructure that will allow AIGMX to become a core intelligence provider in the emerging agent economy.

• API Service Development: Design and launch a robust, schema-driven API to expose our newly enriched data and intelligence. This API is the critical backbone that will power both our own internal tools (like an enhanced Twitter bot) and enable seamless external integrations.

• Integration with the Agent Commerce Protocol (ACP): By leveraging Virtual's ACP, we will transform AIGMX from an isolated service into an active participant in the agent economy. This integration will enable our agent to both offer its comprehensive, multi-DEX market intelligence as a purchasable service and consume services from others, creating a powerful, syndicated network.

• Multi-DEX Analytics Expansion: Expand our core analytics engine to ingest data from multiple decentralized exchanges, significantly broadening the scope and accuracy of our market intelligence. Reaffirming our commitment to key partners, GMX will be the first major protocol integrated into this new, DEX-agnostic data pipeline.

Phase 3: Advanced On-Chain Applications & Decentralization (Q2 2026 and Beyond)

With the API and ACP infrastructure in place, this phase focuses on leveraging our new capabilities to deliver sophisticated, agent-powered applications for our users and fulfilling our commitment to decentralization.

• Agent-Powered Trading Applications: We will introduce a suite of advanced trading tools built directly on our ACP-enabled agent. This includes functionalities previously envisioned as standalone features, now supercharged by the agent economy:

• Autonomous Trading Vaults: Users can delegate capital to vaults managed by the AIGMX agent, which will automatically execute strategies based on its syndicated intelligence and on-chain data.

• User-Driven Copy Trading: The AIGMX agent will enable sophisticated copy trading, allowing users to autonomously mirror the strategies of top-performing wallets by purchasing signals or execution services through the ACP network.

• Decentralized Governance: Fulfill our long-term vision by transitioning to a fully decentralized governance model. $AIGMX token holders will be empowered to direct the future of the protocol, from approving new agent integrations to managing the treasury.

The "Why" Behind Our Strategic Evolution

Our refined roadmap reflects a strategic evolution driven by a long-term vision: to transform AIGMX from a standalone application into a foundational intelligence provider for the entire on-chain agent economy.

Our initial launch on Hyperliquid was a deliberate "leader-first" strategy to deliver the fastest insights on the market's volume leader. The significant investment in our new, DEX-agnostic architecture was made precisely to enable rapid expansion from that strong starting point. This is not an abandonment of our partners; it's the fulfillment of our plan. Supporting GMX is the next logical step our technology was built for.

This powerful infrastructure is now the centerpiece of Phase 2. By prioritizing an API and integration with the Agent Commerce Protocol (ACP), we are building the essential "plumbing" to allow our multi-DEX intelligence to be accessed, shared, and monetized programmatically.

This means features like Autonomous Trading Vaults and Copy Trading aren't just on the roadmap—they are being evolved. By building them on an ACP-enabled agent, they will be far more powerful and interconnected than originally planned.
